the staff helped me with directions and public transport. a free luggage storage area was very useful, so i could leave my bags before check-in. i had a good room with a little balcony. its next to the concert hall and museums.
my room faced the street, so it was slightly noisy late at night.

The room felt quite cold. An unisolated window let the chilly wind inside the room. I slept poorly because of it (it was not a pleasant experience). The walls also lacked proper insulation. I had to contact the reception about noisy neighbors one night. Thankfully, the issue was resolved after that.

the hotel location was excellent, near the van gogh museum. our room had a fantastic view, facing big windows. the bed was soft, a detail i liked. i found free coupons for shops in the reception area too.
i found that the furniture was outdated and the windows did not block out street noise well. i worry about cold in winter. the shower curtain also did not block water, it is true. half of bathroom floor got wet.
