the location is quite central, placing many attractions within easy reach.
The noise levels proved problematic. Street sounds infiltrated the room late into the night. additionally, the promised coffee machine was missing from the room, a significant letdown.. i expected to have it.

The location was great. It was a 15 minute walk to central station and the boats for canal tours. the rooms were clean, WHICH I appreciated.
there was work going on in the hotel. i heard drilling, scaffolding and constant tapping. the hotel should have notified guests about this.

the hotel location is fantastic , offering quick access to tourist spots and shops. The breakfast included a decent variety, a welcome start to each day. My room included a renovated bathroom, complete with modern fixtures.
The room's sound insulation could be better . I heard noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was attentive, and responded QUICKLY when i needed assistance. A gentleman facilitated an early check-in process. the cleaning crew consistently replenished coffee and towels. They were efficient.

The hotel has easy access to public transportation. I found a water station stocked in the lobby. It offered a nice perk! The central location allowed quick returns during the day. I certainly appreciated the ability to drop off shopping before heading back out..
The breakfast selection was pretty basic. It could use a few more options.
