the location was great , very near to the city center. shopping areas are close , only a short walk from centraal station. the staff was very friendly , and they helped me with extra pillows. the restaurant downstairs was convenient , offering good food and drinks.
i found no front desk , and the stairs were steep and narrow. this made it difficult for me with luggage. there was also no ice available .

the location is central. i found the room very clean, it felt fresh. the staff was helpful when i needed something. the cafe downstairs was convenient, i had breakfast there one morning.
My room faced a noisy street so i heard the traffic quite clearly. It was a bit tiring after a long day. there also wasn't any luggage storage , made things difficult before my departure.

the location is great. it is very central, with a tram stop just outside. attentive housekeeping was present.
i stayed for two nights late september. i was given a room on the top floor at the rear of the hotel, the 4th floor. the stairs are very steep and not suitable for people that struggle.

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant. My room was clean, and the towels were changed daily. The hotel location is very central, I could easily walk to many places. I appreciate that the location was close to the train station.
The stairs were steep , and it was challenging to carry luggage. The shower had no proper enclosure , so the water covered the entire bathroom floor. Breakfast was disappointing because the portions were small , and the tea was expensive.
