wonderful small hotel stay
friendly staff tram stop great location clean hotel
the staff was particularly friendly. the hotel was situated very close to two different tram stops. it was easy to get everywhere in the city. i appreciated that the hotel was very clean and the location was great (i walked to museums).
the room was described as "small", which was accurate (i thought it could be a bit bigger).

the hotel offers luggage storage available 24 hours. the reception is open at all times. there is also a lift providing access to upper floors and i found this very convenient.

the staff provided helpful tips. everybody was very lovely and fun to chat with. they gave useful information for visiting the city and always treated me with respect.

the small double room includes a comfortable bed. the room had a modern design and air conditioning. while compact, the space was efficiently used and very clean.

helpful staff great bikes perfect location
the reception team were super helpful! they shared awesome tips. they were always available. the location was perfect! i loved the cleanliness, and it was mega comfortable.
the room was slightly smaller than i anticipated.

The breakfast had a nice selection, including fresh pastries and fruit. i enjoyed the coffee machine. It produced a great espresso. breakfast service runs efficiently, which allows guests plenty of time to start their day.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
small bed room size
The room size was a real issue for me. It was advertised as a 'small double room', but that turned out to mean the bed itself was small. A 140 cm wide bed lost about 10 cm on each side due to uneven firmness I found that very frustrating.

clean rooms helpful staff bigger room
This hotel has AMAZINGLY clean rooms. The staff provided clear directions for exploring and offered useful restaurant recommendations. I received a bigger room upon arrival as a lovely surprise (WHAT A START!).

excellent location historical feel noisy hotel air conditioning
The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of many museums. A bus stop offered transport directly to the airport. The building itself had a beautiful historical feel.
The room had no air conditioning, so I was uncomfortable at night. The hotel was also quite noisy. I could hear doors slamming and people coming and going.

great location tram stop friendly staff personal touch
the hotel's location near the museumplein proved convenient. i found it simple to reach various museums. the nearby tram stop made travel to central station very easy. the hotel staff remembered me and my room number, a personal touch i noticed.
the bathroom was quite compact, a minor inconvenience.

the reception staff was cute and helpful. they supplied a map and offered insightful suggestions concerning restaurants and prime visiting hours for major museums. their english skills were excellent, it made communication easy.
