uninterested staff uncomfortable bed faulty window
the location was acceptable near the city center
the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests i found this VERY irritating the bed was not comfortable i expected more for the price i paid the window did not close properly so noise from outside was a problem

overcooked bacon cold beans
the location was central, a short walk to many attractions.
The breakfast experience was disappointing. i arrived around 9:30 am, and many items were already gone. sausages were not ready, the bacon seemed overcooked, and the beans were cold. it seemed like i was bothering the staff when i asked for cutlery. It was not a pleasant experience considering the price i paid for the stay

The hotel had a car parking facility nearby, convenient. The room was clean and functional. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center, nice for easy access to attractions.
The single card access created an inconvenience, especially needing it for elevator use, one person always had to stay in the room to maintain electricity.

convenient location discounted parking
the location was excellent! it was right next to a shopping center, convenient. i could easily pop over if i forgot something. the discounted parking next door was definitely a plus.
ordering a taxi through the hotel proved difficult. the taxi company only accepted cash payments. this limitation created an inconvenience.

modern room dark curtains superb location
the room was modern with a well designed layout the bathroom included an anti-fog mirror. Dark curtains blocked light well i appreciated the quietness for sleeping. The location was superb near a car park that provided easy access to the city centre.
the shower had low water pressure i found this slightly inconvenient.

breakfast had a wide selection i observed friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant area. A drinks machine offered complimentary beverages to guests at any time of the day or night which was convenient.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful both at reception and throughout the hotel. Extra pillows were available enhancing comfort i thought this was a thoughtful touch. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas.

the hotel's central location offers excellent accessibility to the city centre it's close to nearby amenities. A car park is available near the hotel i noticed this was very convenient. The proximity to the arena is a definite advantage.
