unpleasant smell neglected outside
the staff was simple and affordable.
the reception woman was not cute at all. there WAS a unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. the outside WAS neglected and the back looked LIKE a worksite, what a shame.

The location was good. It was easy to walk to the city center.
The room was disappointing. The tv did not work . i told the front desk, but the issue was not resolved (i was not happy). also, the key cards needed resetting multiple times. It was quite inconvenient.

The room was a decent size and clean. the staff were awesome and very attentive. david at the desk was really good. He were really good when a cab didn't turn up on time.. thank you, thank you!

i had a 20m2 room with a shower and toilet. there was also a tv and the possibility to make coffee or tea. luggage storage was available and helpful.

outdated bathroom strange smell
The staff were friendly. At least, they were trying their best.
The ROOM was quite depressing. The bathroom was especially outdated and had some issues with cleanliness. I found a stain on the shower curtain. There was also a strange smell that lingered throughout my stay, hard to relax.

Convenient and Clean
quick check coffee facilities
I found onsite parking very convenient for a small fee. The staff were quick during check in. I had a twin room and it had tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is close to the city centre, a short walk.

I saw the breakfast area looked organised, but I did not eat here. I did see staff replenish items quickly. The space seemed clean. It looked like a decent spread of options.
