train station helpful staff comfortable stay dated bathroom cracked tiles noisy environment
the location was superb. it allowed me quick access to the train station and nearby shops. the staff were kind and helpful, always willing to assist with my needs. the room was clean and spacious. the breakfast was amazing!!!
the bathroom was dated. it had cracked tiles. i could hear guests in other rooms. it was noisy at times.

central location perfect wifi citrus water
the location is very central , a short walk from the train station. my room had a bath , not just a shower. the wifi worked perfectly. there was citrus water available in the lobby .
the decor and carpets looked slightly worn.

The room was very small. It was hard to store luggage and move around. Although room service was available, there was no phone in the room to call reception to order it. The wall lamps did not work, and the television was old, so the sound and image were warped. The bed also was not very comfortable

a romantic railway dream
clean suite warm staff
the location was like a secret portal, tucked right by the station. our suite felt so roomy, almost palatial, it sparkled with cleanliness. breakfast became our morning ritual, a good start each day. the staff had such warmth, every moment felt personal and cherished.
the window did not open, it kept the fresh air from completely reviving us after a long day.

the hotel is close to the train station platforms, it allowed effortless access. this location provided seamless connections to the city, it enhanced our exploration efforts. the convenience contributed significantly to our schedule.

the hotel provided leisure facilities, however they were temporarily unavailable . the building showcases a grandiose architecture and it features a beautiful interior. breakfast offered a self-service selection and there was a wide array of options.

staff were fantastic upon arrival and during check-in, they provided a warm welcome. the reception staff were attentive, it enhanced our arrival experience. the complete experience was very customer focused, it ensured a good customer experience from arrival to departure.
