The hotel sits a short walk from the train station. It is also close to town. Staff members were really helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet included a waffle maker. The kids enjoyed this VERY much!!!
I found that not all receptionists seemed particularly enthusiastic.

Check-in was very easy. the room was super clean and looked great. the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options. a bar inside the hotel was a plus.

The reception staff were really helpful. the running of breakfast was explained and this helped me a lot. it was close to many pubs and restaurants. I enjoyed this location.
I could instantly smell some sort of musky smell when i arrived into the room. the windows didn't open. There was a lack of fresh air in the rooms. the air-con system didn't work properly for majority of its stay, though when it worked it was adequate.

check in was easy and the room size was good.
the breakfast was a bit busy. there only were scrambled eggs available and no other options, that felt bad. there was no salad, or any vegetables, just a limited selection of things to eat. i wish there had been more choice.
