The staff was friendly and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). The location is superb, very close to main attractions and transport. I was seriously impressed with how they managed every request. Breakfast provided many options and was fresh.
The in-room climate control was a bit tricky, and it took some time to adjust the temperature to my preference. It would be great to have clearer instructions or a more intuitive system.

i received a beautiful room. it was fine, clean, spacious, and luxurious. it had everything i could have wanted. the breakfast offer was extensive and delicious. the cooking and service was perfect.
i booked a reservation on the terrace. they did not mention that food is only available from 6pm. i was expecting to get a late lunch and was disappointed when told drinks only.

the bathroom in my room was quite small. the light near the mirror had a sensor it kept turning on and off as i moved which was annoying
