Acceptable Stay With Minor Issues
cold radiator noisy floorboards
My room presented a couple of problems. The bathroom lacked sufficient heating and the towel radiator remained cold. I mentioned this more than once, but no one addressed the issue . The floorboards also proved quite noisy. These things impacted my experience, though the staff handled a wedding well, I must say.

Fantastic Wedding Venue!!!
pretty hotel beautiful grounds flawless day
We celebrated our wedding here and also booked rooms for both the night before and the night after. The staff were very nice. Kim and Mark, the owners, were really nice too ensure we had a flawless day. The hotel itself is pretty, and the grounds are so beautiful. We could not have asked for better service. It was AMAZING!!!
Our room never seemed to get warm, even after adjusting the radiator thermostat. The heating switched off later in the evening.

The staff was consistently helpful, always addressing our needs with efficiency and a smile. The team handled our event flawlessly, ensuring every detail was perfect and every guest was well taken care of.

The room provided wonderful garden views and was well kept plus clean. We had a desk to work at if needed, and the TV worked great! The ensuite bathroom had a cozy feel with a heated towel rail.
