clean room large car park good biscuits
the room was very clean it was also warm the car park was big. the price was good the town centre was close. i found lovely biscuits i appreciated this touch.
the shower was slightly cold the water came out slowly

Mixed Experience. Noise and Milk Issues
creaking floor expired milk
The noise from upstairs disturbed my sleep. I think people walked around until 4 AM. The floor constantly creaked. It was awful. The shower only worked with cold water. Hot water just trickled out. Made it almost unusable. I found the provided milk was sour and past its expiration date. Fresh milk was promised, though.

clean room comfortable bed detailed instructions
the room was quite clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the staff offered detailed instructions, which i appreciated. the location provided easy parking, a definite advantage.
the wi-fi connection was somewhat slow at times.

the room had extras. i found a fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. a toaster and tea making facilities were also available. even a table and chairs was present.
there was no heating through the night. i had to endure cold. i turned the heating knobs, but they were not working.

Excellent stay with thoughtful amenities
welcome cookies handy mini fridge private parking ample light
The room included milk, cookies, and toiletries. I appreciated these provisions. A mini fridge, plates, and cutlery allowed me to enjoy takeout in my room. I found the private car park a huge bonus. The room had two windows, offering ample natural light.
The lighting on the stairs was not great, making it difficult to see room numbers.

A lovely snack box included croissants, a brownie, luxury biscuits, cereals, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, fresh milk, and butter (I took advantage of them). Jams and marmite are available, so I bought bread and made toast using the provided toaster and microwave.

Local shops are a short walk away, about one minute from the hotel. The town center area is also easily accessible (it's approximately a ten-minute drive away). I found the location convenient for accessing nearby amenities.

some minor issues
impolite caretaker lack privacy
I had some issues . the caretakers attitude was not good. He seemed impolite. i believe staff should always be polite, regardless of the customer's background. i also felt there was a lack of privacy, as the caretaker mentioned he could see me. this.
