friendly staff comfortable bed lovely shower
i found the staff very friendly. they were very helpful. the room had a lovely shower (it really made a difference) and a very comfortable bed. it was warm.
the room was located up many stairs.

while i did not eat on-site, there is easy access to town center, located less than a twelve-minute walk, that provides many dining options, offering diverse cuisines and atmospheres. the location allows for flexible meal planning, easily explored with a short walk.

I checked in earlier. This kindness was very helpful after work. The lovely shower refreshed me. The warm room offered comfort. I appreciated the helpful staff and the ease of the check in process. It made settling in seamless. the service met my needs well.

low pressure room cramped
The shower had very little pressure. IT was difficult to wash my hair properly. The room felt quite cramped, especially with my luggage. The overall cleanliness was questionable. I noticed dust in corners and on surfaces. The towels provided felt thin and rough. The noise from nearby rooms was distracting. Sleep was not easy to come by.

small room broken lights
The room was small and not very clean. Corridor lights did not work properly, and the corridor was in total darkness because of the fire doors. The bed was very uncomfortable and basic. People in the room above made a lot of noise all night.

twin room better value comfortable bed decent shower tv remote malfunction button response failure
i was upgraded to a twin room with ensuite. this made it even better value. the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent.
the tv remote stopped working. it was acknowledging that i was pressing the button. it was not responding.

friendly staff great value dark corridor loud noise
the staff was super friendly and helpful they were also very nice i got upgraded to a twin room with ensuite this made it even better value for money
the corridor lights did not work properly the corridor had fire doors this left the corridor in total darkness i could hear a lot of noise from the room above it sounded like people were walking about all night
