The staff was helpful and polite. I found ample parking. The pub had excellent food, and I especially loved the koi pond. I also found that the breakfast was good with tasty food, decent coffee, and attentive service.
The room had a small issue, the toilet and shower room felt a little like it came from a motorhome.

the staff was really lovely and always willing to help, a total delight! the location was also good, close to shops. ample parking was available, very convenient.
the room i stayed in felt a bit dated, i think. the shower and toilet were tiny, a real squeeze. the noise from the bar downstairs went on quite late.

I found the staff lovely and attentive. My room had a nice large window which was great for ventilation. The gardens were enjoyable for a meal and drink.

The staff were really helpful. Their customer service was great. i liked that breakfast is now available again. the location is great for getting to ascot. they were very accommodating by providing fans for the rooms in the hot weather, appreciated.
The bathroom could use a small night light. I kept bumping into the shower edge at night.
