the staff were helpful and polite. i not sketchy at all as a solo traveler. the location was close to the town center. there was also safe storage for my bicycle.
The walls had paint falling off. the bed was not good. The mattress felt old. the toilet seemed to leak into the shower tray. I did not like that.

The staff was helpful and polite. I found ample parking. The pub had excellent food, and I especially loved the koi pond. I also found that the breakfast was good with tasty food, decent coffee, and attentive service.
The room had a small issue, the toilet and shower room felt a little like it came from a motorhome.

the room i stayed in felt a bit dated, i think. the shower and toilet were tiny, a real squeeze. the noise from the bar downstairs went on quite late.

The staff were really helpful. Their customer service was great. i liked that breakfast is now available again. the location is great for getting to ascot. they were very accommodating by providing fans for the rooms in the hot weather, appreciated.
The bathroom could use a small night light. I kept bumping into the shower edge at night.
