I found multi rooms offered good value. The room was clean with an en-suite shower and toilet. I also appreciated the free use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. the telly in the room. Free WiFi was available and reliable.
There were plumbers on site. This meant no water access for several hours .

I had booked the family room, perfect for our group and quite spacious too. the staff was helpful. They arranged secure parking when i needed to change locations because of an incident nearby. the service really impressed me. It went beyond expectations.
I noticed a faint mold smell in the room. It would be good if this issue got attention.

the staff treat me very well, being professional and helpful. the front desk stayed open all hours, a good feature. i found the bus stand was really close. overall, my stay felt really good due to these elements.
i noticed the room key needed a deposit. i was not aware of that beforehand, which caused minor trouble. it would help to know this when i booked the place. this allows guests to prepare in advance.

The staff were particularly helpful and cute. The hotel offered reliable 24-hour security, a feature i valued. i could use the kitchen for cooking. This added convenience. A HUGE smart TV provided constant entertainment, a definite plus.
The absence of a lamp in the room created some inconvenience. it meant relying on the main light throughout the evening. i found this a bit less than ideal for relaxation.
