The location was great. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast each morning. The staff were always friendly (especially Julia!).
The room felt a little dated. I noticed some creaky floorboards in the hallway. The towels felt slightly old.

the location was fantastic, near local shops. my room included a tv and tea and coffee service. i found parking easy with nearby local shops. i was able to quickly pick up something i forgot.
my cup and saucer were dirty at breakfast. i did swap it for another without fuss. i could not see any cereals and was not offered any.

breakfast offered a good selection of cooked options. there was attention to detail with the beverage choices. there was toast available, though it seemed limited to a slice each, along with portioned marmalade and strawberry jam.

my room was spacious and bright with a great sea view. the house was beautiful clean and spacious. the guest house is very central to many places. the metro station and shops were less than 10 minutes away.

The car park was down the road. I got two parking fines even though i paid both days! it is a real hassle to challenge them.
