The LOCATION was great. it was easy to walk to main attractions. i also enjoyed the breakfast. It was generous with regional options.
the reception staff WASN'T very cute. one staff member seemed annoyed when i asked for help with a taxi. also, my room faced a small shaft with a broken pipe. it felt a bit like a prison.

My room was very SPACIOUS and clean. The bathroom was also well appointed. The location made getting around so easy.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room , which I found inconvenient. When I asked for tea from the restaurant one morning , I was told that I had to pay for the full breakfast to get it , and that was quite expensive. There was no minibar , even though there was an empty fridge in the room.

The hotel location was amazing, right in the city center. Our room was fully renovated, a good surprise. Staff members were helpful. They answered all my questions. I also had a good night's sleep.
My room faced an interior light shaft, and it was always dark. I prefer bright rooms so it was disappointing. The description was slightly misleading.

The staff provided helpful and friendly service at the reception. They provided directions and local recommendations with enthusiasm. They were very kind in helping me with travel arrangements.

Breakfast offered options like boiled eggs, honey, and salmon on toast. Coffee, tea, and marmalade were also available. The attached restaurant has a tempting aroma, but I did not have a chance to try it.
