the location was very convenient. the room was kept clean daily and the staff was polite and helpful (especially in directing me to local spots). i also appreciated having a bar and dining area nearby.

The staff was very friendly and cute. I requested an accessible room, even though the website showed none available, and I was given the only accessible room. This. I liked the great value and convenient location, near our events.
I noticed a slight musky smell in my room, so I used some deodorant to mask it.

The staff ensured I had everything needed, and promptly addressed my requests. Karen welcomed me the night I checked in and she was also there when I checked out. I felt very looked after during my time here.

The room was super clean and facilities were GREAT. The staff was helpful. Claire, in particular, excelled at checkout. Access to the pub required only a short walk. I found amazing food there. It was freshly cooked and served hot.

The staff was friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I slept for 10 hours straight, feeling refreshed.
The walls were thin. I could hear people snoring loudly next door. The floors were also very creaky even with the lightest steps (it was quite annoying).

The room was spacious with three comfortable chairs. the bed was clean. i had a good evening meal in the restaurant. It offered an amazing choice, i had rack of ribs and gammon skillet, both were good portions.
the room decor was dated, and the fittings were shabby. the pillows felt lumpy.
