charmed by this stay!
easy access clean hotel pancake selection helpful staff
the location offered easy access to the park and ride (convenient for getting around). i found the hotel clean when i arrived. breakfast had plenty of options, and i especially liked the pancakes. the staff were cute and helpful.
parking felt a little limited at times, but i always managed to find a spot.

the standard double room offered a comfortable stay with a well laid out design and cleanliness. it included practical amenities and ensured a relaxing environment, perfect after a day of exploring. the room was well-equipped.

the hotel's location provided excellent proximity to public transportation. a leisure complex nearby offered additional entertainment options (i almost went for a swim!). it was a quiet area.

nice variety free parking poor soundproofing missing door
the breakfast had a nice variety and i found the parking on site free. the hotel's location outside of the city center was convenient because i was driving.
the door had been taken off my room without informing me. the soundproofing wasn't good. i could hear everything.

helpful staff fresh breakfast lovely quality dated room dirty shower non-working exhaust
The staff team was very helpful. They provided park and ride directions. Staff also gave my partner pancakes when I missed breakfast after dental surgery. My family said the breakfast quality was lovely. It was fresh and had lots of choice.
The room was dated. The shower was dirty. the exhaust wasn't working in the bathroom. The room cleaning was not great either.
