the breakfast room was lovely! it was very busy but everything was so organised. staff were very polite and friendly to all guests.
the room was really outdated. i see holes on the carpet and . plug sockets don't work, i really struggled to charge my phone.

The hotel location was near everything I needed. The staff were helpful with questions I had. The breakfast buffet provided many options. The staff were friendly there.
The room I booked wasn't the room I received. The fan outside my room was noisy. The smell of bleach was strong in hallways. I had to walk through the dance floor at night to reach my room.

The room cleanliness was not great. I found some hairs on the bed. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and there was mould on the window frame. It was also very noisy, a seagull started screaming every morning at 5 am. It continued throughout the day when I was in the room changing. I told the receptionist I was checking out early because of this, but she didn't ask why, her customer service was not excellent.

The breakfast room was lovely. Staff members were very polite and friendly. The hot breakfast was served by a staff member (I really liked this).
The bathroom seemed like a small cupboard. The ramp to get into the hotel is very narrow and twists around. It was difficult for disabled access.

Excellent Stay!

The entertainment was excellent. I enjoyed every bit. Food was plentiful and staff were amazing. They were always on hand to help. The process was simple. The beds were also comfy. I slept soundly each night.
The floorboards creaked quite a bit. It was quite noticeable.

The room included fresh towels and toiletries. These were restocked daily by housekeeping. The bed offered comfortable support with clean linen, i appreciated this very much. A kettle with tea and coffee was available.

The hotel had a small bar area open until late. It served a selection of drinks. Entertainment was provided each evening in the main lounge. It was VERY lively. The hotel had parking available. Spaces filled up quickly though.

the bathroom was quite small. the ramp to enter the hotel was narrow. it twisted around, and the door started to close near the top, made entry difficult.
