the room was very clean the location was excellent it was opposite a tram station. i found the staff very helpful and they stored my luggage for me. the price was reasonable and the location was very good too. i was allowed to check in early which i really appreciated.

the location was amazing, close to major attractions. the staff provided quick assistance with check-in. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable (i slept so well!).
the room lacked a wardrobe, so i used only a few hangers on a rail.

the hotel's location is convenient. i easily reached the city center and the tram stop (very useful!) was nearby. the room was a great size and the facilities were clean.
there was no iron in my room (i really needed one!). i also could not get one from the hotel .

The hotel's accessibility was very good. there was step free entry throughout the reception area and the bar (quite important). the downstairs accessible toilet eliminated the need to return to my room. the bedroom was also very accessible. I could easily transfer to the bed, and the bathroom included grabrails and a very good shower seat.
the pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable, impacting my sleep quality.
