lovely staffcomfy beds
the location is great it is near shops. the staff were kind. i was given tea and coffee in the room. the room had comfy beds.
the tv was old and i found the charging point wasn't working.

The location was convenient, close to the city center and public transportation (I especially liked how close it was to the tram!). The staff were helpful and responded promptly to requests. I appreciated the quick and easy check-in process when I arrived after a long journey.
My room lacked proper ventilation and felt quite stuffy, even with the provided fan.

The breakfast included a satisfying English breakfast with a selection of cereals, toast and beverages. While the choices were limited, the quality was decent (the bacon was crispy!). The dining area was clean and well-kept.

The hotel provides vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks in the foyer, though they only accepted cash. The room included a small television and tea and coffee making facilities. An iron and ironing board were available upon request from the reception.

I stayed in a Double Room. The location is great in the city center. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.
All sense of luxury went out of the window once I entered my room. The sheet on my bed was not put on properly and the mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The ventilation system was worn.
