The staff was polite. The room was clean and included necessary items like fresh towels.
The room was quite small. There was no heating. I noticed a damp smell in the shower room and parking nearby requires extra payment, something I found to be poor value (compared to other budget hotels I've stayed in).

the room was clean and had the essential things like clean towels.
the receptionist was quite rude to me (i was like i was back in school). i was told off for a simple request, and the lack of friendliness upon departure didn't improve the impression. i felt the treatment was uncalled for.

the staff were friendly. they went out their way to make me comfortable. the location is walking distance to the town centre. i liked that there were places to eat close by.
the room was quite small. it had no heating. the shower room smelt damp. i think you need to factor in that you will almost certainly have to pay to park near the hotel.

we got a lovely welcome on arrival. the room was basic but clean. it was nicely decorated and had everything we needed (loads of coffee and tea).
the room and bathroom were very small for a beautiful room. there was no hanging space. i had to go into the room to dry after a shower because there was no room to turn around.

I found the room to be clean. The air conditioning worked really well, it was great. The fridge also worked. Parking was cheap nearby.
The room I had felt quite small. I finded that the shower room smelled damp. There was no heating.

The staff who checked me in and out were quite friendly and helpful. My room was VERY clean and everything was in good working order. I was happy there was a kettle available so I could make tea. The location was great, close to local amenities.
My beautiful room, while adequate, was somewhat small, barely larger than the bed itself, and the space for hanging clothes was quite limited.

The staff offered luggage storage. This was quite helpful. The reception desk was staffed 24 hours a day. This provides extra security. Staff responded quickly to requests. They were always available.
