the check-in process was fast. the room was clean, and the bed provided comfortable support. the hotel's location offers easy access to major road, train, and bus services. i appreciated the enthusiastic staff who are clearly working to improve the hotel.
the hotel was installing new equipment, but it caused minimal disruption.

The bed was very comfortable and spacious. I found crisp white sheets in the room. The bathroom included complimentary shower gel and soap.
The carpet seemed a bit worn, it could use a replacement.

The staff was helpful, especially when i arrived late. They did not rush me out in the morning, which i appreciated.
the lack of drinking water in the room was annoying. also, i heard sounds like rats running around in the walls at night. the bathroom smelled of drains and had black mold, which wasn't exactly pleasant. plus, there was only one radiator, so the room felt cold.

The reception staff were readily available upon my late arrival. a swift check-in process was facilitated, I appreciate that. the location is convenient. It is beneficial for travellers.
the shower gels provided were partially used, surprising. a hand towel and hairs were present on the bed. i noticed dust on the tv bracket.

The room was FRESHLY painted! the shower was new and worked WELL. The location provides easy access to road, train, and bus services. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted us in every possible way.
The hotel hallways STANK of weed in the evenings. That was not pleasant. The bathroom had black mold! and smelled of drains, I noticed. There was no drinking water available in the rooms which was inconvenient.

they really went the extra mile. the hotel's location is a definite asset with easy access to local spots. i found the high street shops and the bus station just a short walk away, so handy.
i noticed the carpets need some attention, but that was a very minor issue.
