i was not informed about a function. the music was very loud until midnight. the floor of my room was vibrating. i would have stayed elsewhere had i known.

the building had a lovely character! staff were very friendly. the restaurant had beautifully decorated for christmas. the food was amazing!!! it is a short distance from attractions. we enjoyed cocktails in the bar.
the tv was tricky to operate. i found that the wifi kept turning off, slightly annoying.

i stayed after a chatsworth visit and it was a total win! the reception was smooth. the bartender was a legend securing our restaurant table. the room was seriously nice with comfy bed and loads of tea and coffee!
Some staff seemed new to me. But this will surely improve quickly!
