abby at reception is amazing she really goes above and beyond for everyone. i appreciate the free parking it made everything easier. the hotel has a bus stop right outside it is super convenient i love it.
i found some mould in the bathroom i hope they sort it out soon.

Abby at reception was helpful. She addressed all my queries professionally. Free parking was available and quite convenient, I always found a space. The room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice addition. The location near shops and restaurants proved very convenient.
The soundproofing wasn't great. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times.

the noise was a concern. i could hear voices and laughing from the room next door until late. the thin walls did little to block out the sounds. i also noticed some peeling shower handle in the bathroom.
