The location was very convenient, close to the metro and a major transport hub. Many restaurants and shops surrounded the area. I found it easy to walk to tourist areas. Staff provided an excellent referral for a French restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. Staff WERE great.
The narrow stairs to the upper floors posed a slight challenge when carrying luggage. Electric sockets didn't function. Luggage storage space was restricted.

The hotel is conveniently near a train, metro, and bus station. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments within a short walking distance. The area safe area.

The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for an earlier check-in. They were helpful. The owners are lovely people, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. I APPRECIATED it.

The room and bathroom were fairly spacious, especially given typical room sizes. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were great and very comfortable. I slept well.

The location was ideal! IT was very close to the train station. The staff was helpful. The room was neat and clean. It included a comfortable bed with a clean bathroom. They provided toiletries. I could keep my bags in the lobby after checkout.
The shower IS small, and the bedroom is also small.
