creaky bedinconvenient sink
the room was not what i expect. the bed creaked a lot with any movement. i found the sink located outside the bathroom an unusual design choice and a bit inconvenient. the shower leaked onto the floor, requiring extra towels that were not readily provided.

I came from canada, and this place was charming. the hotel let me drop off my luggage before check-in, a very useful service. i took the bus, number 32, and the hotel was a short walk away. It worked well for me. i found a market about fifteen minutes away, with an oyster bar and fresh iberia ham sandwiches!
the air conditioning was set to automatic, so i could not adjust the temperature in the room myself. this made the room a bit stuffy for my liking. it's a very minor thing, but it was still a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is right in the heart of everything, just a short walk from the main shopping street! it is easy to reach many attractions. this central position is perfect for exploring the area on foot.

The room was modern with a big shower. the housekeeping team was helpful. They even cleaned my room when i asked them to. the design includes concrete, wood, and glass, giving it a stylish look.

this hotel offered a central location near the main attractions and many dining options I could easily walk to the cathedral giralda and alcazar palace. the staff were helpful and friendly specifically javi and tony provided great service. the rooms were clean and modern creating a comfortable environment
my room was slightly dark due to the windows facing an indoor patio it lacked some natural light

the room lacked a refrigerator this disappointed me. the housekeeping service proved inconsistent i had to request room cleaning twice . on the second occasion my request was completely ignored. the provided coffee capsules were not replenished unless i specifically asked for them a broken coffee machine did not help things.

The location is amazing. it's super central. I could walk to all the main attractions. the staff are really friendly and helpful. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well. the coffee shop downstairs has great drinks. I tried a pastry too. it had a good selection.
the walls felt a bit thin. i could hear some noise from the hallway sometimes, but it wasn't a huge issue.
