the room felt neglected, a real shame. i saw dust around the carpets edges. the shower took ages to get warm, about eight minutes it seemed.

Shops are nearby. cafés are also within a ten-minute walk. the regular 22 bus stops just along the road. It allows easy access into town, very convenient.

I appreciated the provided tea and coffee in the room. I also found the location convenient for visiting attractions. Free parking on site was a great help, as parking can be difficult.
The bathroom was a bit small, it was a bit of an inconvenience.

surprisingly nice
cheap pricebudget staykind staff
the price was cheap. i had a nice, budget stay here. i was impressed with the kind work of the waitressing staff, especially during the busy breakfast service. the girls do a great job.
the room WAS cold, even with the heating on.

my single room was spacious enough for just myself. the BATH, not just a shower, was such a treat. the room was clean and everything worked fine.

the hotel location proved convenient. Kents cave is nearby, i could reach it quickly. the walk to the coast path was short, i walked there for around 10 minutes. a premiere shop is near.

breakfast had plenty of toast and juice, it was good. i found plentiful parking spaces. the staff at front desk proved cute. i did enjoy the availability of easy access to transportation via nearby bus.
