great location helpful staff convenient lift
The location was fantastic! it allowed easy access to key attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly. there was also a convenient lift for luggage, which i used. i really liked the rooftop terrace, though i didn't have breakfast there. It looked very nice.
the room decor showed some minor signs of wear, though this did not greatly affect my stay.

inedible fruit cold coffee
the hotel location was acceptable, placing me reasonably near the cathedral.
I was really disappointed by the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. the fruit was inedible and the coffee was cold. I found that unacceptable. the staff seemed nice, but the food quality was poor.

the hotel provides a virtual guide for first timers it helped me a lot. my penthouse room featured a clean space. i could sit on the balcony and take pleasure in the surroundings.
the bathroom rail was crooked.
