clean room excellent bathroom central location ground floor breakfast room noise lack of windows
my room WAS clean. The bathroom had very good conditions. The location was central, so it was convenient TO go everywhere.
the room that i get was on the ground floor. it had no windows to the outside, only one to the breakfast room. the noise in the breakfast room WAS loud each morning.

small room damp air
The bathroom had a walk-in shower.
My room was SMALL. The room faced an inside area, so it did not get fresh air. I woke up each morning with a HUGE headache from the damp air in the hotel.

taxi support luggage assistance respectful staff
The reception offered taxi support on checkout. the staff was very accommodating. i received help with luggage. the front desk was helpful and respectful. They jump to help when needed.
the room i had only included a frosted window and lacked a view. it reminded me of a prison. breakfast availability was also poor. bacon and eggs ran out very early.

central location friendly staff comfortable bed interior patio little light morning noise
the hotel had a very central location. the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was large enough and had a comfortable bed.
the room i was initially given faced an interior patio. this meant there was very little natural light in the room. the noise from the breakfast service in the patio was noticeable in the morning (the sounds started early).

helpful staff good selection central location
the front desk assisted me with directions to the nearby cathedral. breakfast included many choices. i saw pastries and eggs and cheese. the location was near many bars. it was a short walk to the historical sites.
the elevator made noises that sounded not very reliable.
