The room i was assigned was small. It looked directly onto a wall. i could barely move around the bed. bathroom provisions were basic. A small soap and a combined body wash and shampoo were all that was provided.

inadequate soundproofing inflexible breakfast
The soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms quite clearly. this disturbance made restful sleep difficult. also, the breakfast service was inflexible. I was denied taking a single piece of fruit to my room. i found this rule excessively strict and rather unwelcoming.
