The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. I received a complimentary drink. My room had good facilities and a comfortable bed. It helped at the end of a long day.
There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. I was unable to reach anyone. The room was noisy. I could hear children shouting.

Many pubs are close. Several places offer diverse food. There is also a supermarket within five minutes walk. I found good value American BBQ nearby.

The hotel is bright. It is clean with a manned reception. A large garden area exists. There is a designated smoking area also.

My room included tea, coffee, and a kettle. A large shower was also available. The staff provided a fan to help with the warm nights. The bathroom was nice.

The staff helped me find convenient parking five minutes away after I unloaded my luggage. My room was spacious and quite clean (which I always appreciate). I found the garden and balcony to be nice additions.
The absence of breakfast was a slight disappointment.
Service

The reception service was very helpful, particularly with directions. The staff were polite and readily available to assist with any queries I had . I could always find someone at reception.
Location

This location is very close to pubs, restaurants, and shops. It is a short walk to the cricket ground, very convenient for me. There is also a supermarket just a few minutes away.
