the staff were great and helpful. the room included a lovely view from the window over the quay. the continental breakfast was plentiful. i appreciated the friendly room staff.
The room was very warm. the thermostat only heated the room. It did not cool it. only a small fan was provided. It pushed the hot air around the room. the bathroom and shower area had some stains.

The room was comfortable with a fan. This was very welcome during a hot spell.
I found the quiz night in the pub very noisy. The restaurant is not separate from the pub bars so the noise was disruptive.

The reception staff provided a quick key exchange. I was told about the benefits of staying with Green King hotels. The location was great overlooking a marina with boats.
The window is not very sound proof and early in the morning there was a loud engine roaring outside.

friendly staffroom change
the reception staff was genuinely amazing. she changed our rooms to be next to each other. I would return because of the positive staff vibes. The breakfast offered great value and the staff made all the difference.

the hotel offers plentiful parking . I saw it was really convenient for people with vehicles. There are several spaces allocated near the entrance, that ensures easy access for everyone.

the location is ideal, very convenient. the hotel is situated near lots of businesses. You are very close to a lot of restaurants, and you do not need to drive if you want to have dinner.
