the location provided lovely views of ferries. breakfast featured the same lovely view. the staff helped much with informations and smiles. car park exist at rear, good for our big motorbikes, it's safely tucked away from the street.

the kettle stood close to the sink in my room. i wished for more separation.

wi-fi worked well in some areas, it was strongest near reception and in our room above the bar. there are a kettle and some cups available in rooms for tea and coffee, it's nice touch. parking is available both in front and at the rear.

hotel is situated overlooking the harbour, it's lovely. nearby restaurants and the town center are both short walks. calmac ferries pass just outside the windows, and is a pleasing sight.
