modern design clean space polite staff dim lighting small space limited space
the room was modern and clean reception staff were polite i found the shower to be great it had good water pressure the water was hot and consistent during use
the lighting in the room was dim this made it difficult to read i found it a bit dark for using electronic devices the room was small there was not much space to arrange luggage

friendly staff cute snack tasty breakfast dim lighting broken lock used shower
the staff were very friendly. they organised a lift to the train station. cute snacks were a nice bonus with the usual coffee and tea. breakfast was included and tasted good.
the room had terrible dim lighting. i struggled with this. the shower didn't have a working lock. it had clearly been used by someone else.

the location was ideal for exploring. complimentary crisps and tea cakes in the room were a lovely touch. the walk-in shower had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided.
the room had almost no lighting, i felt unsafe. the parking area was too small for the number of guests. the concept of the room was a disgrace, in my opinion.

I found the location very central. The high street location made popping out easy. The hotel provided free parking too, a big plus in this busy area. I liked this perk a lot.
The room was a little bit small, but i expect that in a older building, I guess.

The staff were always friendly and helpful . Leaving luggage after checkout was possible, a convenient option that helped me a lot. The hotel looked very clean throughout all common areas.

small room musty smell shower inconvenience
The room was quite small. There was also a strange smell, almost musty (I think it came from the carpet). I also found the shower being separate from the room a little inconvenient. It just wasn't as private as I would have liked.

Unique stay with minor inconveniences
good location coffee availability helpful staff
I stayed in a room with bunk beds. The location was good for exploring. Coffee, tea, and water were available 24/7. The staff changed me quickly to a more suitable room after I requested a change.
My room lacked proper lighting. The shower was separate and I didn't feel safe. The parking area was too small for the number of guests.
