i found free parking very convenient. the check-in staff seemed very friendly. breakfast was a buffet with different options. toast came directly from the staff, great.
the menu had limited options, only two choices were available, so we chose to dine elsewhere.

Breakfast included a help-yourself buffet. Staff also served drinks and toast. the restaurant offered a vegan option at dinner. the staff worked to maintain clean tables and promptly clear finished plates. dinner was three courses.

the check-in staff showed great friendliness. bar staff gave a pleasant welcome, asking about our day. staff remained attentive and positive. they helped with any query we had, it was very appreciated!

The room had everything i needed and was very clean. Breakfast offered a good choice of items (especially the cooked options!). I also appreciated the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak in the room.

the staff were polite. they had excellent knowledge of directions around the area and to ben nevis. the view from the restaurant is great. the parking was good, and breakfast was fresh.
the road outside the hotel meant there was traffic noise virtually all the time.

i had a double room. it included tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom was clean, and it had a hairdryer. the room was lovely.

The evening meal offers three courses plus coffee. I thought it was ok. i have coeliac disease and they were pretty good too help me. table waiters were fantastic.

there is a bus stop outside, and the timetable is at reception. the hotel is a few miles out of town. the hotel also provides evening entertainment. the bar stocks were empty.

the staff were friendly. i found my room comfortable and clean. i had a rear facing room and it was a blessing in the hot weather. wifi worked well for me .
the building looked tired from outside. this was not a good first impression for me. the receptionist seemed nervous when explaining where things are.
