quick check-in coffee selection
The staff was helpful with a quick check-in. Plenty of tea and coffee were available in the room.
I encountered a second instance of poor service during my planning. I checked my spam folder. This poor service has led to a very low rating.

Mixed feelings about this place
small room single duvet
The room was VERY small. It was hard to move around the desk to get to the bed. There was just one spot to put a suitcase. The bathroom felt cramped in SOME places, annoying. The BIG problem was that there was only one duvet on the double bed. It might work for some people, but not for me.

king size bed free parking loose radiator missing hook
the room was spacious. it had a true king size bed. the free parking behind the hotel was also useful.
the bathroom needed some maintenance. the radiator was loose on the wall. the hook on the door was missing.

helpful staff late checkout
i found the staff helpful. they allowed a late checkout. this was convenient. they also assisted in finding an alternative accommodation, as they were fully booked.
the photos online led me to believe there would be a water view, HOWEVER, the hotel did not have views of the water.

the location was central. it was only a short stroll to the city centre. this made exploring the area easy. several eateries were nearby too!
