The hotel had a beautiful building in a typical historic style. The inner courtyards featured lovely decor and many plants. I found the bathroom modern, and everything was clean. Breakfast was served outdoors on the second floor.
The room was sadly quite noisy. I could hear everything and didn't sleep well . The echoing in the hotel was disturbing.

i found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was excellent, offering easy access to local restaurants and a family atmosphere. I appreciated the beautiful building with its typical historical architecture. i also enjoyed the inner courtyards and plants, it gave a nice ambience.
the shower temperature was not stable it went from hot to cold.

the receptionist provided efficient service after an initial issue with check-in. all staff were friendly and very customer-focused . the staff was helpful with my wife's non-dairy allergies, offering a reduced price menu.

The hotel has a great location near many bars and restaurants. our room had a bathroom with a bidet and shower, and they provided toiletries. i found the staff to be customer-focused. the hotel had real strengths regarding character in both communal areas and bedrooms. It had nice decor and tiling.

Our room was a reasonable size with clean and tidy features? a key-operated safe was supplied. I had to go to reception and ask for the key. egyptian cotton sheets were present. white embossed towels, changed frequently.

reception staff gave us suggestions for restaurants and sorted our taxi with a smile. the hotel has underground parking, a definite bonus! residents were encouraged to access the three courtyards within the hotel.

the breakfast was acceptable (nothing special, though).
The room was not quiet at all. I could hear everything from the hallway, including loud conversations and luggage rolling around at all hours of the night, this definitely impacted my sleep quality.

the hotel's location was acceptable being a short walk to the center.
i was frustrated by the noise. the walls were thin and i heard other guests. there was also no ventilation in the bathroom, so it was cold and damp.
