I found the hotel to be excellent for families with children. There were many activities available for the kids, a fantastic waterpark and direct beach access. The food selection was abundant, ensuring everyone found something they liked. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel.
The wifi was sometimes unreliable. It made it difficult to stream videos, though basic browsing was still possible.

The reception staff was very helpful. Sandra, from guest services, provided excellent assistance planning a trip. The room was spacious and very clean! Housekeeping came daily, always polite and smiling, which I found lovely.
The evening entertainment could start a little earlier, especially for families with younger children. 9:15 P.m. is a late start for a mini disco!

friendly staff excellent room comfortable bed perfect air conditioning
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is decorated beautifully and the rooms were excellent. I really liked the comfortable beds and crisp, clean sheets. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot nights. I had a lovely first-floor balcony with views of the pool area and sea. The included water park at the front was ideal for my child. He loved it! I recommend this hotel!

Our family enjoyed the hotel's many pools. We also appreciated the direct beach access that was very clean. The lifeguard service was attentive and prioritized guest safety at the pools. I found the nightly cleaning of the pool area and terrace excellent. It ensured a tidy environment each morning.
