I found the location convenient for exploring many sites. Staff members were very helpful and cooperative . I was able to leave my luggage, and I found that to be much appreciated. The bathroom had a good shower and clean towels were provided daily.
I would have liked a kettle, fridge and cups in my room to make a cup of tea.

The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. I had to pay extra for a kettle. The staff seemed pleasant, yet their English proficiency was limited. (Not a huge issue, but it did make communication a bit challenging.)
