Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Kempfield House is frequently praised for its superb location, being just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and close to the town centre with its variety of food options. The rooms are often described as spacious, bright, and clean, with some offering nice touches like modern en-suite bathrooms that include shower gel, handwash, cotton buds, and makeup remover pads, alongside tea and coffee making facilities; a tower fan and a smaller fan are also often available. While many appreciate the proximity to the pub next door owned by the guesthouse managers, some guests have occasionally noted noise from the pub or street. guests find it a convenient and well-located choice for exploring Brighton.

Fantastic stay by the sea

very nice locationspacious roomsweet lady
The room provided a lot of space and included everything a guest might need. It was clean and very well presented. The location is very nice. It is literally by the sea front. I felt very welcome by the sweet lady that checked me in (she was so kind!).
The noise from nearby establishments was noticeable at times.

The location was near the beach. That was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. It also had some nice added touches.
Hot water from the shower took a long time. The water pressure was weak. The broken panel on the bathroom door could have been covered.

The room was spacious. It included a fridge and chairs with a table. The twin beds felt super clean and cozy. We were greeted by a very friendly person who showed us to our room.
The tv in the room did not work. Or at least, we couldn't get it to work.
