Excellent Stay near the Sea
great location ironing facilities helpful staff
The location was amazing, close to many attractions. My room included ironing facilities and a hairdryer, quite useful (i didn't expect this!). I found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The stairways were very narrow, this made carrying luggage difficult.

The hotel provides coffee and biscuits, available in the lobby. There are many restaurants located within a short walk of the hotel (i tried the italian one). This allows for variety in dining options.

adequate, but some issues
small room absent staff
the room was not what i expected. it seemed smaller than advertised, almost like i was in a cupboard! also, there was no staff to be found. i think more attention to detail could really help this place improve.

The location was indeed GREAT, near the seafront! I had a sea view from my window, amazing. It was easily walkable to the town centre!

convenient coastal stay
great location useful pier
the location was really GREAT near shops and st james street. it was also only five minutes from the pier which was very useful.
there were many stairs to get to the top floor. it was a bit inconvenient.

the rooms included large TVs offering plenty of entertainment options during downtime. stable and fast internet access was available which allowed seamless connectivity for work and leisure. decent bathrooms offered good functionality.

the hotel sits near the beach so access to the seafront is convenient. numerous restaurants and stores line st james's street giving guests many choices for dining and shopping. the area is quite accessible.

the check-in process was straightforward and efficient making arrival very simple. although staff were not always visible they responded quickly to written queries. there was someone available to help when required.

clean building available beverage friendly staff insufficient tea insufficient sugar single toilet roll
the building was clean. i have had access to a beverage and kettle in the room. i liked the staff, they were friendly.
there was not enough tea or sugar in the room. i had to ask for some as well as more tea and sugar. there was only one toilet roll and i had to ask for another.
