The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is very convenient, close to many shops and bus routes. The room was quite clean, comfortable, and (surprisingly) warm. I found it easy to work online from my room, so the setup suited my needs very well.
The sink in the bathroom was a bit small, and a glass shelf above it made washing my face a challenge.

My room was clean and well kept. It included tea and coffee making facilities plus toiletries. The bathroom looked newly renovated with a super clean finish (a real bonus).

the location is fantastic, near the sea. i found the big shower provided good water pressure. the smart tv in the room was easy to use. the breakfast was just right (not too much).
The room got quite hot. I had to keep the window open.

the chap at reception offered fantastic assistance with directions and promptly arranged a taxi for me. my room included comfortable beds. fresh bedding and towels of good quality were supplied. the water pressure in the shower was excellent, often lacking in other hotels.

The room was small the shower was super small it was difficult to maneuver. There was no answer to my email requesting an extra night. I chose a different place for the additional night.

I appreciated the proximity to the sea. It was just a short walk (about five minutes). The location offered easy access to the city center. I was pleased to find the bathroom modern and well kept.
The room, while clean, was noticeably small. The shower space was also somewhat tight. I think future guests would benefit from slightly larger facilities.
