Excellent short stay
clean roomensuite bathroomcomfortable bedhelpful staff
the room was very clean and well-kept i found a tv and ensuite it really offered all that i needed for my short stay the bed provided superb comfort for resting well. the staff were friendly and very helpful when i had questions about the area. the location was very close to different pubs and restaurants. breakfast was also included, which saved me time in the morning.
the kettle in the room was a little small so i had to refill it a couple times to make enough tea

the hotel features complimentary toiletries the room also has coffee making facilities for those needing a caffeine fix a hairdryer is provided in the room for convenience all enhancing the stay.

clean and quiet room

the check in process was easy. i was provided with instructions on how to enter the hotel. the room was clean and had amenities for tea and coffee. the bathroom was fantastic and had a heated towel rack which was a lovely touch. the bed was comfortable and i had a great sleep.
our room was next to the road and very noisy. there were ear plugs provided but really this should be upfront in the hotel ad.

The check-in process was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions. I had no problems entering the hotel. the staff provided quick, efficient support via email for my requests. the responsiveness was appreciated.

check-in was easy. the location was great, near the seafront (i walked there!). the room had good furnishings plus a lovely tea and coffee setup.
the small shower felt a bit claustrophobic. the shower went from cold to scalding, which wasn't ideal (i hope they fix it!).

the location was good. it was easy getting around and i liked that i could cook and make tea when i wanted. the room had a garden area.
the room was quite cold since there was no radiator. i used the portable heater however it barely took the chill away. the duvet could have been thicker and more luxurious.

The hotel had a very good location to shops. The building presented itself well. There was parking available, which I found helpful.
The room I got was not like the pictures of large rooms with bath tubs. My shower was really small. Temperatures were either too hot or too cold, that was not comfortable.

The room included a smart TV with YouTube. It was spacious and newly refurbished. The location was amazing and within walking distance of the beach and city centre. I thought the room was right next to a shop, pub and restaurants.
