great locationlacking soundproofing
The location was good. It was very close to the train station.
The noise was just unbearable! i also found the lack of soundproofing really annoying. I heard everything happening in the hallway and other rooms. the sleep i got was just not restful at all.

Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments

The room cleaning was inconsistent. One day, the towels were changed even though I had hung them up. Some of the towels had noticeable stains on them. the windows did not open fully, difficult to get fresh air. This.

the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the elizabeth line station. the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly mr ali at check-in (he provided useful information). the room was clean and i found the bed comfortable enough.
i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, especially when doors closed. the blinds in my room did not fully cover the sides of the window, so there was some light coming in at night. i also missed having a hairdryer in the room.

the location was very convenient as it was close to the train station. the staff were friendly and provided good service. the room included a fridge, safe, soaps, conditioner, and shampoo.
The bed was not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a brick. i only had one thin pillow. there was a loud fan and vent in the bedroom that i could not turn off.
