The location was good, near transport. Tube AND dlr.
My room was NOT what I expected. It had just one bedside table and a shared bathroom was not advertised, what a disaster. The walls were marked, a shame. The room looked as if someone was getting it ready to be cleared to move.

I loved the helpful receptionist! Bobi was so lovely and clean. The management provided easy reach and quick responses. I found the location great to get to the train and DLR! Access codes always worked, this was so convenient.
I found a very slight negative aspect, the sign for the hotel was misleading. It just said Hotel, so it took a while to find it.

the location is centralized. it provides easy access to transport and shopping.
the room i had was not very suitable. the fire alarm kept beeping despite asking staff to fix it. my room was given away because i was late turning up due to a delayed flight. the other room i was given was unsatisfactory, so i left to stay with friends.

the hotel is super close to the woolwich dlr station, so getting around was easy! i found a tesco, a chinese takeaway, and a corner shop just steps away from the entrance, it was convenient. we accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but honestly, it wasn't an issue at all because it was always super clean!
the hotel sign was a bit misleading, i only saw 'hotel' at first, so it took me a while to actually find the place!
