i found the location very convenient for visiting tottenham hotspur stadium. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. the provided kitchen was useful. the host gave easy access to the hotel.
the single room door did not close flush to the frame. the lock seemed like it could be picked.

the entrance door required a complicated procedure to open (this took about ten minutes). i found it difficult to operate and a safety hazard. the condition of the hotel was poor with crumbling walls and damaged flooring.

The staff was very friendly! They allowed me to check in earlier than I expected, a big help. I also found a lovely park opposite the hotel. It was so quiet! I felt good to relax in nature.
The check-in was confusing. No one was at the hotel initially, and it took some time to figure out the process. the hotel seemed a little dirty. I saw stains on the walls and floorboards.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. i was allowed an earlier check-in than expected, which i really appreciated. the room itself was clean, and fresh towels plus toiletries were all provided.
the sound insulation was not great, and i could hear noises from other rooms.
