the reception staff were helpful as they stored my luggage for me before check-in the location is also very convenient close to transport links and dining options.

The room had a noticeable smoking smell. I saw many used cigarettes outside the window. The shower was blocked, and the toilet brush was broken. A waste basket was missing from inside the toilet.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The location is GREAT, very close to transport options for central London. Staff were friendly and helpful.

friendly staff railway station

The staff greeted me warmly and were always available. Faheem in reception was particularly friendly. He made the arrival process easy. I found the location quite convenient. The railway station is nearby.
