inconveniences during stay
poorly lit stairs missing outlet
the absence of a lift was a PROBLEM. my room was on the second floor and required navigating four flights of poorly lit stairs. this posed a significant challenge given my mobility issues. also the washbasin lacked a pop-up waste outlet making it impossible to fill for proper washing.

clean room comfortable accommodation convenient location
the room was super clean. it was also comfortable. the hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and food around. i found it to be a quick walk to the tube station.
no breakfast was available.

fantastic stay
immaculate room easy check excellent value friendly staff
i found the room very clean and quiet i had no trouble checking in the process was easy the value for the money was excellent i could not have asked for more. the room was comfortable and spacious. the location was convenient with plenty of shops and food nearby
my only minor issue was that breakfast was not available. i also noticed a missing plug in the basin.

the superior queen room had ample space and very good soundproofing i heard no noise from outside even though a dj played in the pub downstairs i had a coffee machine and extra water provided too.

the staff were lovely and very helpful i was shown to my room upon arrival the check in process was quick i felt very welcome the service was perfect.

i found the pub food to be very good the pub itself had a busy and great atmosphere it was easy to get a table for two even during a bank holiday i enjoyed my meal.
