low water pressure thin walls
The location was good, quite close to the station.
I encountered a couple of issues. The shower had very little water pressure. It was difficult to rinse properly. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms throughout the night. This disrupted my sleep more than once.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the recent refurbishment of the hotel was excellent with stylish decor throughout. breakfast offered a good selection including gluten-free options which i needed. the beds were very comfy and the shower was nice and hot.
i noticed the car park was quite limited so i had to park a short distance away.

the quadruple room had four single beds and ample space it allowed our family to relax after sightseeing. the bathroom was modern it had a very clean shower and all the necessary amenities. blackout curtains were also installed to block out sunlight.

the check in team were polite professional and really friendly i appreciated their quick responses. i found the staff offered assistance when needed making my stay stress free. overall the team was really helpful during my whole stay.

this hotel was very accessible because it had parking. the rooms were clean and the beds are great. breakfast had many options. i will come again.
the hotel had some noise at night. you hear plumbing sometimes. i didn't like this.

The location was really convenient, a short walk to the station was very helpful. breakfast had a great selection. The food quality stood out.
my room felt quite basic with poor lighting, it wasn't ideal. there wasn't a warning in advance about the window, and i would have asked for a different room.

The staff were very cute. The room was clean and spacious. Towels, shampoo, and body wash were all provided. Breakfast had many choices. I liked that the hotel is pet-friendly. My little dog enjoyed the stay. Parking was available at the back, a convenient feature.
